I always eat shit when I’m with my man, I only see him once a week so I’m going to have a day off

Breakfast: slice of brown bread (41 calories) glass of cranberry juice and lemonade (100 calories)

Lunch: was bad at lunch, chicken mayo white roll (430 calories) Dinner: chicken soup (204 calories) I know I’ve gone over but I have football training for an hour
Starting weight: 71kg (156.5 lbs) 
Goal weight: 50kg (110 lbs)
Height: 5 foot 8 1/2 inches
Aim: 500 (or less) 5 days a week (two days fasting)

 
Diet started: 7/08/12
Calorie intake: 600

Fucked up the first day, but who doesn’t? Lower calorie intake tomorrow + football training (1 hour)
